Crust skiing around . . .

The Turquoise Lake road is currently being plowed. Skiing can be found
in lots of places around town, along wit out on the ice on the lake
early in the morning.

End of official grooming

There will be no more official grooming at Tennessee Pass, CMC, or the
Mineral Belt. The snowmobile club says that they will groom the Lake
on Wed, so try to get out early on Thursday! Great crust skiing (both
classic and skate) everywhere. See you out there, Karl

Nearing the end of season...

We groomed our trails this morning, but to be honest, the cat barely cut through the ice that has been left after this melt thaw we have been having.
Still, it is skiing!!!
We will close this weekend, Sunday March 30 and will go out with a bang!
Please Join us on Sunday at 3pm for live music with the Snow Weevils. Hopefully we will have some nice warm sun to enjoy on the deck.

Good news or Bad News

Other: First, the good news is the College has two cats. The bad news, both are down. Mystery problem with one, waiting for parts for the other. Will will be ending regular grooming on 4 April.

It is going to be a gorgeous day today. All trails have been groomed, the sun is shining. It is a bit chilly, only 8 degrees at 9:30am. No one on the trails though, so come enjoy some nice spring sun and some peace and quiet.

Spring Skiing, with fresh snow!!!

All trails have been groomed! It is officially spring but only 17 degrees! Brr!!!
We hope to see you out here today. Our trails are lonely!

Rich is out there finishing up the grooming right now. Fish Flats is done, as are all the trails. The skiing should be real nice with a little bit of fresh snow. It is snowing lightly and a little windy. Temp @ 9am is 19 degrees.
